eBooks and Digital Products

  • All eBook and digital product sales are final.
  • Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link or access has been provided.

Physical Books

We do not offer refunds for physical books. However, in certain conditions, replacements will be provided. A book will be replaced only if:

  • The wrong book was delivered
  • The book contains blank pages or major printing errors

To request a replacement, you must contact us at support@skillstock.in within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide order details and images showing the issue.

Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. After dispatch, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. All sales are final.
