1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities, towns, and PIN codes in India through reliable courier partners such as India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery.
Digital or soft copy products (PDF/eBooks) are delivered instantly via email or secure download link after payment confirmation.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking link once your shipment is dispatched.

There is a flat ₹90 shipping charge for all physical book orders, regardless of quantity or destination.
Digital books are delivered free of cost.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, or unforeseen delays such as weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your address.
If tracking details are delayed or unavailable for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship physical books internationally.
However, digital or soft copy (PDF/eBook) versions can be purchased and accessed from anywhere in the world via email or download link.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@skillstock.in with your order details and photos (if applicable).
After verification, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement shipment.
SkillStock.in is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural disruptions beyond our control.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping charges.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations or changes can be made.
